Cypress Mulch

Cypress Mulch is a very hard wood mulch. One of the benefits of that is that it will break down very slowly. It can be used in flower beds as well, but it won’t add any nutritional value or help retain moisture in the soil. There are a number of 4H people that will use it as bedding for their animals since it is very durable but still comfortable for the animals. Since it doesn’t have any specialties to it, it is a very cheap mulch if you are hoping to pinch a couple pennies this year but still want it to look like you care about your landscaping. The Cypress Mulch has a natural gold color.
